Role Overview
The company is seeking a People Operations Coordinator with 2+ years’ experience to support end-to-end HR operations. You will manage lifecycle processes, Workday administration, document issuing, process improvements, and visa support. Experience with settlement agreements and Workday is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Manage joiner, mover, and leaver workflows
- Prepare HR documentation, including contracts and amendments
- Maintain and optimise Workday, supporting self-service
- Handle HR inboxes and ticketing to ensure timely responses
- Identify and support process improvements across People Ops
- Assist the HR Intern with visas and immigration tasks
- Escalate recurring or complex employee queries when required
- Support broader People Operations, Reward, and Benefits cycles
Who You Are
- 2+ years’ HR/People Operations experience within a fast paced environment
- Workday experience preferred
- Comfortable with settlement agreements
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
- Strong communicator with a solutions-focused mindset
- Keen to improve processes and support a fast-growing tech environment
