Full-Time Position | Private Estate | Canton Zurich

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Household Cleaning Specialist for a private

household in 8820 Wädenswil in the Canton of Zurich. This full-time position requires a

detail-oriented professional with a good stamina and, who can maintain the

highest standards of cleanliness and organization in a luxury residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive house cleaning and maintenance to luxury standards

• Professional laundry services including delicate and specialty fabrics

• Expert ironing and garment care

• VIP wardrobe management and organization

• Operation of Laurastar steam generator and other professional equipment

• Care and maintenance of all surface types (marble, wood, glass, etc.)

• Proper use of modern household appliances and specialized cleaning products

• Basic care and interaction with two black German Shepherd dogs

• Maintenance of cleaning supply inventory

• Coordination with other household staff as needed

Essential Requirements

• Valid Swiss work permit or EU citizenship with legal right to work in Switzerland

• Fluency in English or Russian (German or French is a plus)

• No allergies to dogs and familiarity with handling them (two black German Shepherds

are part of the household)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end residential cleaning

• Knowledge of luxury fabric care and specialized cleaning techniques

• Driving License - preferable

• Physical fitness for demanding cleaning tasks

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Reliability, discretion, and professional demeanor

• Flexibility with working schedule as free time is determined by the employer

Working Conditions

• Schedule: 43 hours per week, 5 days with 2 flexible days off (days off mainly during

Monday-Friday, based on weekly schedule and household needs). Ability to frequently

work on Saturdays/Sundays is a plus.

• Location: Private household in 8820 Wädenswil, Canton Zurich (not live-in position)

• Overtime: Possible overtime will be compensated with additional rest time or otherwise

as agreed with the employer.
