HR Assistant
Location: Central London – Office-Based (5 days)
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £30k – £45k DOE

Role Overview
Supporting all areas of HR operations, including performance development, training coordination, hiring, benefits, payroll support, and systems admin. A hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow in a high-performing environment.
What You’ll Do

Support performance development processes

Coordinate training, courses, and exams

Assist with hiring and onboarding/offboarding

Support remuneration and benefits cycles

Maintain People & Culture policies and systems

Coordinate payroll with finance
-
Help with wider office and business projects
Who You Are
-
1–2 years’ HR/People experience
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
-
Proactive and confident handling multiple tasks

CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
