HR Assistant
Location: Central London – Office-Based (5 days)
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £30k – £45k DOE

Role Overview
Supporting all areas of HR operations, including performance development, training coordination, hiring, benefits, payroll support, and systems admin. A hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow in a high-performing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support performance development processes

  • Coordinate training, courses, and exams

  • Assist with hiring and onboarding/offboarding

  • Support remuneration and benefits cycles

  • Maintain People & Culture policies and systems

  • Coordinate payroll with finance

  • Help with wider office and business projects

Who You Are

  • 1–2 years’ HR/People experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Proactive and confident handling multiple tasks

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
