EA to CFO / Office Manager - 9 Month Maternity Cover
- 9-Month Maternity Cover, starting December/January
- Boutique corporate family office in pristine condition
- Based in Mayfair, 9am-5pm core hours
The Company
Tiger has partnered with a lovely family office based in the heart of Mayfair, who are seeking a polished and personable EA/OM to join their close-knit team. Acting as the real go-to, you will support the CFO as well as provide Office Management assistance and keep everything running perfectly. This is a varied role encompassing EA, PA and Office Management. They are a boutique team environment.
The Role
- EA and PA support to the CFO - comprehensive diary and meeting management & travel management, personal admin duties
- Office management - stock management, upkeep of pristine office space, managing contractors/cleaners
- Administration - organising visas, expense management, events coordination
- Hosting clients and guests, meeting and greeting, serving refreshments
The Successful Candidate - You!
You will be a highly organised, polished and well-presented candidate who prides themselves on their meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills and flexible approach to work.
You will possess EA/PA/Team Assistant experience in a boutique office environment. Detail is everything!
