Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Relationship Managers / Private Bankers who are looking to transition into an entrepreneurial setup with a strong focus on client proximity, flexibility, and growth. The role involves managing and expanding your existing client portfolio while leveraging the firm’s investment, trading, and operational support to deliver tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of private clients
• Acquire new clients (target: CHF 1 million+ per client) through your network and qualified leads
• Provide holistic advice across wealth management, lending, investment advisory, and international structuring
• Work collaboratively with internal and external specialists to design customised solutions
• Represent the firm and maintain strong relationships across the financial sector
• Ensure full compliance with Swiss financial and regulatory requirements

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or Private Banker
• Established client relationships with portfolios starting from CHF 1 million+
• Strong understanding of the Swiss private banking landscape and regulatory framework
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Clear business plan demonstrating client relationships and revenue potential
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
