Head of Diversity and Inclusion

Full Time, New York City 

Salary: $150,000 p.a. - $170,000 p.a.

Start: ASAP

Tiger is working with leading financial services company founded over one hundred years ago but always evolving.  The company’s mission is to help clients secure their financial well-being with advice, and retirement strategies.  They are looking a head of diversity and inclusion who is a data-driven and empathetic leader to lead the company’s approach to building a culture of inclusion across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will lead the strategic development and execution of initiatives that create a workplace where people from all backgrounds feel valued

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Develop and drive the company’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy, embedding inclusion into all practices.
  • Partner with HR, Recruiting, L&D, and Communications.
  • Build external partnerships with professional networks, industry groups, high schools and universities.
  • Lead the implementation of an early talent pipeline strategy for attracting talent.
  • Oversee Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and inclusive culture campaigns that build accountability and visibility.
  • Use data, dashboards, and analytics to design, measure and communicate progress toward D&I goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure inclusion principles are embedded in all initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on inclusive leadership and change management.
  • Represent the company externally on inclusion and corporate purpose topics; manage select partnerships and industry recognitions.
  • Represent the company at student engagement and recruiting events.

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • 7–10 years of experience in Diversity & Inclusion or related people-strategy functions (experience in financial services preferred).
  • Proven success in designing and implementing D&I strategies.
  • Strong background in program design, employee engagement or organizational culture.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience designing, measuring, and interpreting key metrics.
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
  • Curiosity, cultural awareness, and a commitment to inclusion and continuous learning.
