Insurance Team PA – Hybrid working
Immediate start, with potential to convert to permanent in time
£18-22 per hour
9am – 5pm
Near Liverpool Street
My client, a forward-thinking insurance firm near Liverpool Street, are looking for a professional Team PA to support a team of 10 Brokers.
With a hybrid model of 4 days in the office (Monday to Thursday), and Friday from home, you’ll be part of an ambitious and collaborative environment, joining at a really exciting time for the company!
This role will support 10 Brokers, whilst reporting into the EA & Office Manager. They are looking for a confident and adaptable Team PA who is familiar with the insurance market, can hit the ground running, handle confidential matters with discretion, and who enjoys supporting a busy team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide administrative support including diary and meeting coordination
- Coordinate international travel arrangements and process expenses
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools
- Manage internal communications and liaise with external stakeholders
- Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and visitor arrangements
- Assist with planning team events and off-sites
WHO YOU ARE:
- Previous experience supporting a team
- Experience of working within insurance is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
- A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- A collaborative mindset and positive attitude
