Overview
A leading UK operator in the Business Services sector is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Management Information Analyst for a high-growth, temp-to-perm role.
Working closely with finance and commercial teams, the analyst will drive data migration, reporting, and system improvements across Salesforce and NetSuite, directly supporting commercial decision-making.
This role suits someone proactive and entrepreneurial, eager to challenge processes, introduce better tools, and help the business scale. It offers strong development potential and clear progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manipulate and master data sets, predominantly Salesforce and wider internal data sources
- Identify inefficiencies and assist with the automation and or optimization of processes
- Evaluate new AI tools, automations, and data-led business development methods
- Support management accounting for a small division (approx. 10% of the role)
- Build dashboards, reporting packs, and commercial insights that drive decision-making
- Drill into underlying data to support commercial decision-making
- Look at statistics, trends, patterns for opportunities
- Create systems, scripts and workflows
- Deploy commercial AI tools that support lead generation and revenue growth
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Finance Assistant, or similar role but could also be a recent graduate with an interest in Accountancy.
- Exceptional Excel and data manipulation skills
- Ability to work with — and make sense of — large datasets
- Experience with Salesforce data, reporting, or similar CRM systems and ideally NetSuite experience
- System literacy and the ability to learn new platforms fast
- Curiosity and interest in AI tools, automation, and innovation
- Experience with data migration, reporting, or CRM/ERP systems
- Grounded in financial fundamentals (AAT/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified / qualified ideal)
- Prior experience in a finance function or finance internship
- Experience building dashboards (Power BI/Tableau)
