Job Description
Part Time Receptionist & Administrator - 10am - 3pm, Monday to Friday in Office - £18,525 per annum
My client is a high-end healthcare clinic based in West End looking for a positive and professional individual to oversee the front of house and provide admin support to a small and friendly team. This is a part-time, permanent role looking for a January start. This role is 5 days in the office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time position to fit alongside personal interests, family commitments, study or your own business.
What you’ll do:
- Provide a 5-star experience to clients and colleagues – meeting and greeting, offering beverages and creating a warm environment
- Providing administrative and organisational support as well as liaising with external suppliers and manufacturers
- Responsible for scheduling appointments, handling data, creating invoices, payment processing, task management and marketing
- Monitor and manage diaries
Who you are:
- Proactive and organised
- Polished and well presented
- Empathetic and mindful of special requirements
- Ideally have experience in luxury/ high-end industries
- IT proficient and able to use Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
