Job Description

Location: London, West End 

Hours: 8am  5pm Monday to Friday 

Salary: £40k DOE 

Role: Permanent, full time 

We are seeking a polished, highly experienced Corporate Hospitality Assistant to deliver a five-star service within a dynamic finance environment. This role calls for exceptional interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs while ensuring a seamless experience for all.

What Youll Do 

  • Provide five-star hospitality to employees, clients, and all guests, ensuring a consistently seamless experience 
  • Prepare and maintain meeting rooms so they are clean and fully prepped 
  • Deliver food and refreshments to meeting rooms and replenish supplies 
  • Support safety, events, post handling, and general office tasks. 
  • Coordinate butler trolleys and trays 
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in back of house 
  • Assist with hospitality events and functions 

We are looking for:

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, corporate settings or members clubs 
  • Impeccable presentation, communication, and etiquette, with a natural instinct for five-star service 
  • Organised, proactive and detail orientated, with strong anticipatory skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
  • Preferably barista trained or confident using high end coffee machines
