About the Role
I am working with a global company, seeking a Corporate Butler to provide exceptional, white-glove hospitality driven service for the senior executives and their guests within a corporate office environment. This individual will set the standard for personalized service, anticipating needs, maintaining impeccable presentation, and ensuring seamless food and beverage service without disruption to meetings or daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver white-glove service to executives and guests, maintaining the highest standards of service etiquette, professionalism, discretion, and hospitality.
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage service to senior executives, including coffee and tea service, meals service upon request, meeting refreshments, executive lunches, special events, and VIP visits.
- Anticipate needs and proactively prepare meeting spaces, ensuring refreshments, table settings, and service materials are arranged to executive standards.
- Maintain constant awareness of meeting schedules to provide service without interruption or distraction.
- Liaise with reception teams, facilities, and executive assistants to ensure smooth coordination and timing of all service elements.
- Manage and maintain inventory of premium food, beverage, and service ware; ensure all supplies are properly stocked and presented.
- Uphold a meticulous standard of cleanliness and organization in all executive areas, pantries, and meeting rooms.
- Provide occasional support for internal events, board meetings, and high-level receptions.
- Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times when serving senior leaders and guests.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate setting
- Strong understanding of white-glove etiquette and refined service presentation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
- Ability to anticipate needs, read the room, and deliver seamless service without intrusion.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic executive schedules.
- Experience managing vendors or coordinating catering preferred.
