Job Description
I’m partnering with a City based firm to hire an EA/Operations professional for a lynchpin role. Supporting senior leadership and playing a key part in the day-to-day running of the office, the role would suit someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised, and is comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
- Provide executive support to senior leaders, including diary management, meeting coordination and preparation, and travel booking
- Provide operational support to the commercial team
- Prepare materials, summaries and follow-up actions for meetings and key initiatives
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Event management
- Assist with reporting, data collation and CRM management
- Act as a centre point for the wider teams, ensuring efficient companywide communications
- Support office management and day-to-day operations for the London office
- Contribute to company culture through involvement in team events, offsites and internal communications

Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in a similar role
Well-presented, proactive and personable
Strong MS Office skills
Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure and to sometimes tight deadlines
Top notch communication skills
This role is paying up to £55k (DOE) and offers a hybrid working structure.
