Job Title: Team PA
Location: Central London (4 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £50,000 p/a
Are you an experienced, highly organised administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment? We are recruiting a Team PA to support key managers for an exciting life sciences company based in Central London. This is a pivotal role for a detail-oriented PA that enjoys administrative duties in addition to diary and travel coordination. You will be working closely with teams operating across the UK and Europe. At the heart of this role you will be, coordinating busy diaries, international travel and conferences. Alongside this you will assist with administrative processes to ensure compliance and key regulatory requirements are met. What You’ll Do
In this varied and hands-on role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple teams, including:

Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones and coordinate a high volume of internal and external meetings

Organise and manage UK and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and travel pre-approvals

Lead the organisation of advisory boards and conferences in the UK and Europe, including sourcing venues and logistics

Liaise with internal teams and external organisers to ensure all documentation, materials, and approvals are in place and delivered on time

Manage approvals documents, purchase orders and expenses

Support the team with file management ensuring all records are kept up to date and correct

General support in the office and working collaboratively with the wider management team
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive, collaborative, and detail-driven administrator who brings confidence and initiative to their work:

Proven experience in a senior administrative, PA, or office support role within a fast-paced environment

Strong diary management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confident manner

High level of IT proficiency, particularly across Microsoft Office, with strong Outlook experience

A collaborative team player who is flexible and willing to support colleagues during peak periods

Comfortable working with large, cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
