We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Butler / Housekeeper to join a private household in Dubai. This role is ideally suited to a candidate with a strong luxury hotel background or proven experience working within UHNW private households, who understands the highest standards of service, discretion, and confidentiality. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and experienced professional seeking a stable, long-term role in a high-standard private environment.

Salary:  AED 10,000 – 14,000 (depending on experience)
Days: 6 days a week (live out)
Location:  Dubai Hills Estate
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Full housekeeping duties, including daily cleaning, laundry, ironing, and maintaining the home to exceptional standards
• Wardrobe management, packing and unpacking
• Organising and managing the household, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Overseeing household supplies and maintaining order throughout the property
• Caring for two small dogs, including feeding, walking, and general wellbeing
• House-sitting and overseeing the property when the principals are away
• Ad-hoc tasks
• Working closely with the principals to anticipate needs and provide seamless service

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment or within a UHNW private household
• Impeccable standards, with strong attention to detail
• Excellent English
• Highly discreet, professional, trustworthy, and reliable
• Well-presented, service-oriented, and proactive
• Able to work flexible hours as required
• Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of the household
