THE OPPORTUNITY

Tiger is partnering with a world-leading entertainment provider. One of the most highly sought-after employers to work for and a household name. They will be seeking a number of Senior Recruiters to join them on a seasonal temp/contract basis. We are seeking highly experienced recruiters who are well-versed in hitting the ground running in an incredibly fast-paced environment and are passionate about sourcing the best possible talent in market. The culture of this team is pretty incredible - direct, positive, transparent and grown-up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Managing multiple recruitment projects at once, juggling between 15-20 urgent needs at a time
• You will have a deep understanding of the hiring market, trends, functions, and business functions
• Lead recruitment drives, initiatives, and develop strategies to recruit the best-in-market talent
• Candidate liaison and building relationships with internal stakeholders
• Researching, networking, project management and using your expertise to influence Hiring Managers internally

WHO YOU ARE

• A tenured and seasoned Senior Recruiter, with 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience volume recruiting, having managed 15+ requirements end-to-end simultaneously
• Ideally you will have worked within entertainment, tech, advertising/sales
• You will be proactive, confident, and excited about the prospect of working with a global leading company
