We are looking for a Site Engineer – Fit Out to develop and implement project programs on site in an organized and cost-effective manner. The role ensures execution in line with approved designs, quality standards, and agreed timelines while supporting smooth site operations and delivery.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Review and obtain project drawings, accurately assess material and manpower requirements, and submit approved material requirements to the Purchase Department for procurement.

• Monitor project progress against the approved project plan and report any delays or discrepancies to enable timely corrective actions.

• Organize and manage site workforce, supervise daily site activities, and keep the Project Manager updated on progress.

• Address technical and engineering issues, additional manpower needs, drawing revisions, and site challenges in a timely and effective manner.

• Liaise regularly with Site Management to ensure adherence to the project program and highlight deviations where necessary.

• Conduct quality inspections and complete quality checklists in coordination with the QC Inspector to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Coordinate site demobilization upon project completion and prepare relevant reports.

• Execute snag lists issued by consultants, supervise subcontractors, and ensure all works are completed on time and to the required standards.

People Management Responsibilities

• Guide, motivate, and support site staff to enhance performance and ensure high-quality work output.

• Encourage continuous development of subordinates to prepare them for higher-level responsibilities.

Skills & Experience

• • 2–3 years of experience in the interior contracting or construction industry, preferably in fit-out projects.

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
