Live-In Private Personal Assistant

Location: Dubai, UAE (Live-in role – villa accommodation provided within the residence of the chairman)

Salary: Up to AED 20,000 per month, depending on experience

Role Overview

The Live In Private Personal Assistant provides high level personal and lifestyle support to the Chairman, ensuring seamless coordination of day to day personal matters so the Chairman can remain fully focused on strategic leadership and decision making.

This is a trusted role requiring absolute discretion, professionalism, flexibility, and strong judgment, with access to sensitive personal and private information.

Key Responsibilities

Personal & Lifestyle Support

  • Manage the Chairman’s personal calendar, including family commitments, social engagements, wellness appointments, and lifestyle activities.

  • Arrange and coordinate all personal and family travel, including flights, hotels, visas, ground transport, and itineraries.

  • Handle personal errands and household administration, including bill management, scheduling services, shopping, and maintenance coordination.

  • Oversee household operations and liaise with household staff, service providers, and vendors as required.

  • Support home supervision, including daily structure, meal timing and quality, and general organization.

  • Organize and manage personal items such as clothing, watches, grooming products, and personal care essentials.

  • Coordinate fitness, sports, reading, and personal development schedules, including purchasing books or required materials.

  • Assist with academic planning, including coordinating postgraduate studies, liaising with universities, managing schedules, payments, exams, and attendance.

  • Organize weekly leisure and entertainment schedules.

  • Coordinate embassy appointments, travel documentation, and international arrangements.

  • Be mindful of daily prayer times and assist with reminders as required.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for personal communications, screening calls, messages, and correspondence with discretion.

  • Coordinate private events and social engagements, including logistics and guest arrangements.

  • Maintain clear, confidential communication with internal and external contacts on personal matters.

Support & Anticipation

  • Anticipate needs proactively and manage personal tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Maintain structured systems for personal documents, records, expenses, and confidential materials.

Required Experience & Attributes

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or principals in a personal or private PA capacity.

  • Exceptional discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Highly organised, detail oriented, and proactive, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Calm, composed, and adaptable under changing schedules and demands.
