Role: Marketing & Office Coordinator
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
Working Pattern: 1 day work from home (schedule permitting)
We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing & Office Coordinator to join a small, close-knit team at a leading asset management firm. This varied role offers exposure to marketing, project coordination, events, and office operations, providing the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business.
Role Overview
The Marketing & Office Coordinator will play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly and the brand front of mind. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing marketing initiatives and maintaining brand consistency across materials and channels.
- Overseeing social media content, calendars, and client-facing materials.
- Supporting projects: scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and assisting with sustainability data.
- Planning and coordinating corporate events, from venue selection to post-event follow-up.
- Providing general office support, including diary management, administrative tasks, and document organisation.
The desirable candidate:
- Skilled in communication and writing across digital and traditional formats, with proficiency in design tools and Microsoft Office.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects, and confident building relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders. Familiarity with project coordination, RFPs, or document management is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and solutions-focused, with attention to detail and confidence to work with senior leaders and external partners.
