Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team and help drive business growth. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in dairy product sales who is eager to expand the customer base while nurturing existing client relationships.

Reporting to the Sales Head, the Sales Executive will play a key role in executing sales plans, achieving targets, and supporting both domestic and export sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and plans as directed by the Sales Head.

• Identify and secure new local and international clients.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

• Assist with export sales documentation and coordination when required.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

• Provide regular sales updates and performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in dairy product sales (mandatory).

• Basic understanding of export sales and international markets is a plus.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
