Service Manager (Evenings) – Commercial Cleaning
Location: London
Hours: 4:00pm – 1:00am, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 p.a.
A high-end, London-based commercial cleaning company is urgently seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee evening cleaning operations across multiple client sites. This is a field-based role focused on delivering exceptional service, managing teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing Site Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Cleaning Operatives

Coordinating staffing, rotas, training, and performance management

Ensuring contract compliance, quality standards, and health & safety adherence

Acting as the main point of contact for clients and resolve service issues

Conducting site visits, quality audits, and operational reporting

Overseeing inventory control, COSHH compliance, and documentation
Requirements:

Proven service or operations management experience (commercial cleaning/facilities preferred)

Strong leadership and client-facing skills

Sound knowledge of health & safety and cleaning standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment

IT literate (Microsoft Office and scheduling systems)

Spanish language skills highly desirable
