Human Resources Analyst (6 Month Contract)
Location – Abu Dhabi
Salary - 15,000 AED - 19,000 AED pro rata
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Analyst for a 6-month contract to support HR operations and analytics aligned with business objectives. Reporting to the Senior HR Operations & Analytics Partner, this role will focus on HR data accuracy, payroll support, HRIS administration, and core HR processes, while providing administrative support to the HR Business Partner and broader HR team as needed. Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Support
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and trackers, including headcount, turnover, absence, and payroll summaries.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable operational insights.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across all systems and reports.
Payroll Administration Support
- Assist with monthly payroll activities by preparing, validating, and reconciling inputs such as new hires, exits, salary changes, allowances, deductions, prorations, off-cycle payments, and year-end reporting.
- Support post-payroll reviews, reconciliations, end-of-service accruals, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate payroll documentation and tracking in line with internal controls and compliance standards.
HRIS and Data Management
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance across systems.
- Support HRIS enhancements, testing, reporting capabilities, and continuous system improvements.
- Oversee HR system data entry, system controls, and related process documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
HR Operations and Compliance
- Maintain employee files, employment contracts, and HR documentation in line with company standards and UAE labor law requirements.
- Monitor and track key employee milestones, including probation periods, visa and document expiries, contract renewals, and leave balances.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing accurate HR data, records, and supporting documentation.
Strategic HR Support
- Provide administrative and data support to the HR Business Partner and wider HR team, including reporting, trackers, and onboarding and offboarding administration.
- Support HR operational initiatives and process improvement projects led by the Senior HR Operations and Analytics Partner.
- Serve as a dependable point of contact for HR data, systems, and payroll-related queries.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of HR experience, with a focus on compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance operations.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience leveraging HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Proficient in HRIS/HRMS platforms, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and payroll compliance requirements.
- Consulting experience is a plus, providing exposure to strategic HR initiatives and process improvement projects.
