WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Oversee all aspects of the ranch’s landscaping and grounds maintenance, including gardens, lawns, orchards, and natural habitats.
• Plan, implement, and maintain sustainable planting schemes and landscape designs that reflect both functionality and visual beauty.
• Ensure that all guest-facing areas are maintained to the highest aesthetic standards, creating an environment that is both welcoming and visually stunning.
• Integrate agricultural practices and wildlife considerations into overall landscape planning.
• Maintain the health and appearance of trees, shrubs, lawns, and ornamental plantings, including pruning, fertilizing, and pest management.
• Manage budgets, supplies, and equipment for landscaping operations.

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven experience in high-end landscaping or estate grounds management, preferably on large properties or ranches.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, soil science, irrigation, and sustainable land practices.
• Exceptional aesthetic judgment, with the ability to create visually harmonious landscapes.
