We are seeking an experienced Private Chef specialising in European cuisine, to support a private family based on the Palm. The role requires a reliable, flexible, and well-presented professional who can deliver high-quality, healthy, and well-balanced meals while maintaining excellent kitchen standards. The position is suited to a chef accustomed to working in private households and operating with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals for the family, focusing on fresh, healthy, European-style cuisine
• Plan menus in line with the family’s preferences, dietary requirements, and lifestyle
• Source high-quality ingredients and manage grocery shopping as required
• Maintain impeccable kitchen hygiene, organisation, and food safety standards
• Manage food stock, storage, and minimise waste
• Coordinate with household staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Private Chef in high-end households / boutique hospitality
• Strong background in European cuisine (Mediterranean, French, Italian, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and manage a private household kitchen
• Knowledge of healthy cooking, dietary preferences, and food presentation
• High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and time management
• Discreet, polite, and respectful with a service-oriented mindset
• Fluent English, both written and verbal, is essential for this role, Russian is a bonus.
