Overview

A busy hospitality venue in Paddington is seeking a Finance Assistant to join its finance team on a two-month temporary assignment. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will primarily focus on purchasing and cost-related responsibilities..

The successful candidate will:

• Process a high volume of supplier invoices and purchase orders
• Assist with goods to receiving, verifying deliveries and updating stock records
• Support cost management, reconciliations, and accurate posting in the accounting system
• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or FMCG preferred
• Knowledge of SAP 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions
• Comfortable working in a busy operational finance environment
