Personal Assistant / Brand & Lifestyle Manager (Part-Time – Circa 20 hrs per week) Location: Guildford (remote work + occasional in-person meeting) Rate: £20 per hour gross paid via Tiger Payroll system
Tiger Private is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to support a professional sportsman in developing his off-pitch brand, managing his schedule, and staying on top of day-to-day commitments. This role blends personal assistance with brand coordination, social media support, and lifestyle management. It is ideal for someone who understands sport, digital content, and personal branding, and who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities • Provide ongoing remote support throughout the week (ad-hoc, up to 20 hours)
• Weekly catch-ups to review the schedule, plan content, and align on brand strategy
• Assist with brand and social media planning, including content coordination and posting schedules
• Organise and track collaborations, appearances, and partnership opportunities
• Manage diary, appointments, reservations, and weekly logistics
• Support organisation across training, travel, and personal commitments
• Liaise with brands, agents, and partners when required
• Assist with occasional personal errands, admin work, and general life management
• Maintain systems to ensure all tasks and projects progress smoothly

• Professional, personable, and comfortable adapting to a dynamic sports schedule
• Tech-savvy across digital calendars, notes, messaging apps, and social platforms
• Understanding of social media, content creation, or personal brand development is an advantage
• Must be able to meet in Guildford on occasion and work remotely for the remainder of the time
