Salary: 30,000 AED - 35,000 AED
This role sits within a single private office supporting a professional couple based in Dubai. The Family Office Associate is a core, long-term hire, fundamental to the continuity, efficiency, and smooth running of key corporate and administrative functions across the office. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Associate operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, managing a broad and evolving remit that requires discretion, accuracy, and sound judgement. The position is suited to a disciplined self-starter who is comfortable working independently, taking ownership of delivery, and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams.
This is a hands-on role requiring enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism, with an expectation of self-sufficiency and reliability. The Family Office Associate will be a trusted support to the private office, contributing to the long-term success of operations through consistent, high-quality delivery.
Role Characteristics
- Degree-qualified, with a minimum of five years’ experience in a comparable role within a private family office, and at least ten years’ overall experience in senior administrative, operational, or corporate support roles.
- Proven, hands-on capability to independently manage core corporate and private office functions, with particular strength in human resources.
- Demonstrate the capacity to manage demanding workloads with confidence, exercising sound judgement and effective self-prioritisation.
- Take pride in seeing tasks and projects through to completion, whether routine responsibilities or complex, research-driven initiatives, and deliver work in a timely and consistently high-quality manner.

Role Includes:
- Comprehensive, independent support across key areas of IT, HR and Finance functions.
- Proactively contributing energy and ideas to improve the smooth running of the Family Office.
- Maintaining and developing key supplier relationships.
- Conducting research and analysis, presenting clear, structured, and fact-based written recommendations.
- Preparing weekly executive performance reporting to CFO across IT, HR and Finance.
- Evaluating and procuring new services and contracts, negotiating terms with third parties.
- Owning, improving and creating internal policies, procedures and guidance documents.
- Deliver daily operational and administrative support to the CFO.
- Daily management of task lists via MTD with accuracy and prioritisation.
Required:
- Recognised professional or university level qualification.
- Minimum 10 years professional experience across HR, IT and Finance operational support roles.
- Experience in both corporate and private family positions, most recently 5+ years private Family Office.
- Prior roles not less than 3 years with any one company.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and MTD) as core operating systems in prior roles.
- Proven succinctness and accuracy with verbal and written communication, and English mother-tongue.
- Proven experience in research and analytical tasks, with ability to synthesise relevant information.
- Settled in Dubai for at least 5 years with UAE driving license and own car for work purposes.
