An exceptional luxury events venue in the heart of Central London is seeking an experienced Event Sales Manager to help drive its next phase of growth. With a strong heritage and a reputation for hosting high-profile private and commercial events, this is a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping one of London’s most exciting event destinations.
This is a pivotal, hands-on role for a commercially minded sales professional who understands luxury hospitality and thrives on building long-term relationships. Working from a private Central London office and on site at the venue, you will take ownership of event sales from initial enquiry through to conversion, playing a key role in shaping the venue’s future success.
The Role

Drive event sales across a diverse portfolio including private events, weddings, corporate events, brand and product launches, and special hire projects

Generate new business while managing and converting inbound enquiries

Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing

Lead venue viewings and client meetings, presenting the space to a luxury standard

Build strong relationships with event agencies, brands, corporates, and key industry contacts

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a clear focus on revenue and conversion

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
About You

Proven experience in event or venue sales within luxury hospitality

Confident, polished, and commercially astute
