A global financial services firm are seeking a highly capable senior Corporate Receptionist to be the first point of contact in their beautiful West End office, providing a seamless 5* service

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors; manage front-desk operations

  • Answer and route calls; handle correspondence

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendars

  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area

  • Manage meeting rooms, ensuring well stocked and tidy

Requirements

  • Proven receptionist or front-of-house experience within a corporate environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with MS Office and office systems
