Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors; manage front-desk operations

Answer and route calls; handle correspondence

Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendars

Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area
- Manage meeting rooms, ensuring well stocked and tidy
Requirements

Proven receptionist or front-of-house experience within a corporate environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Proficiency with MS Office and office systems
