Job Description

My client, a leading Investment Bank, are looking to hire an experienced EA to join them in a Float position! If you have previous experience within Investment Banking, then reach out today!

Role: Float Executive Assistant
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
When: 4 days in office - 09:00 - 17:30
Must be flexible to mirror the team you're supporting if they do 5 days in office
Location: West End, London

What you'll do:

Complex diary management
Inbox management
Complex multi-stop travel arrangements
Preparing presentations
Researching
Full administration
Event organisation
Binding and printing

What you need:

Previous experience within Financial Services and Investment Banking is essential
Previous experience as a Float EA is desired, not essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Calm and approachable personality
Able to juggle a very heavy workload
