About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing fintech startup on a mission to simplify payments and improve how partners, customers, and institutions interact with financial services. As the Operations Officer, you’ll be at the heart of the business keeping daily operations running smoothly, supporting payment flows, and working closely with partners to deliver a seamless experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building processes, solving problems, and growing alongside a startup environment.

Reports directly to the CEO

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and manage day-to-day operational activities across the business

• Monitor transactions and support payment reconciliation processes

• Work closely with schools, corporate clients, and payment service providers

• Handle operational queries, troubleshoot issues, and manage escalations

• Support partner onboarding and ensure smooth operational setup

• Create, maintain, and improve SOPs, documentation, and controls

• Ensure operational compliance with internal policies and procedures

• Support reporting on operational performance and key metrics

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field

• Experience in operations, payments, fintech, or service-driven environments

• Understanding of transaction flows and operational controls

• Comfortable coordinating with external partners and vendors

• Prior exposure to fintech, education, or financial services is a plus
