We are supporting a high-growth fintech company in the appointment of a Marketing Manager to lead brand development, marketing strategy, and go-to-market initiatives. This role will be instrumental in shaping how the business is positioned in the market and ensuring consistent, compelling communication across all channels.
Working closely with leadership, this individual will manage external agency partners while building scalable marketing foundations to support growth and partner acquisition.
Key Accountabilities

Define and deliver the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives

Lead and manage relationships with external marketing, branding, and creative agencies

Own brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints

Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns targeting schools, corporates, and partners

Support commercial teams with high-quality marketing assets and sales collateral

Monitor campaign performance and report on effectiveness and ROI

Oversee digital channels, content planning, and external communications

Ensure marketing activity remains closely aligned with growth and revenue goals
Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline

Demonstrated experience in a marketing leadership or management role

Strong experience working with agencies and third-party vendors

Background in fintech, education, or B2B platforms is advantageous

Solid understanding of brand management and digital marketing channels
