We are partnering with an ambitious, high-growth startup to appoint a Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand, driving marketing strategy, and leading impactful go-to-market initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building brands from the ground up. Working closely with the leadership team, you will define how the business is positioned in the market, oversee external agency partners, and develop scalable marketing initiatives that support business growth, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Lead and manage relationships with external marketing, branding, creative, and digital agencies to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Champion the brand, ensuring consistency in positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Plan and deliver targeted go-to-market campaigns focused on schools, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
- Equip commercial teams with compelling sales collateral, presentations, and marketing assets that support business development.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise activity to maximise ROI and marketing effectiveness.
- Oversee digital marketing channels, content strategy, and external communications to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives contribute directly to commercial objectives, customer growth, and revenue generation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar marketing leadership role.
- Strong track record of managing and collaborating with external agencies and third-party partners.
- Experience within fintech, education, SaaS, or B2B environments would be highly advantageous.
- Solid understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, content, and integrated campaign management.
