Our client is seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to contribute to revenue growth by supporting partnership development and client engagement initiatives.
This position focuses on generating new opportunities, managing relationship touchpoints, and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the partner acquisition process. It is well suited to someone who thrives in a target-oriented environment and enjoys building professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying, engaging, and onboarding new school and corporate partners

Initiate contact through calls, emails, and meetings to introduce services and generate interest

Conduct presentations and maintain consistent follow-up to progress opportunities

Prepare commercial proposals, agreements, and supporting documentation

Accurately record sales activities and partner information within the CRM system

Liaise with internal teams to facilitate smooth partner onboarding and implementation

Maintain ongoing communication with partners to support retention and growth

Monitor pipeline performance, track conversions, and report on sales activity
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Prior experience in sales support, business development, or a customer-facing role preferred

Background exposure to fintech, education services, or B2B environments is advantageous

Familiarity with commercial documentation and basic contract terms
