Private Executive Assistant - (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)
Location: Westminster (home office-based)
Hours: Part-time to start: 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday (e.g. 12:00–16:00)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary with strong potential to go permanent
Rate: £20-£25 per hour
Overview
We are supporting a principal with multiple business activities within a family office-style environment. This is a high-level Executive Assistant role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and is comfortable supporting across both business and private matters.
There is an immediate requirement for hands-on support within the principal’s home office, focusing on organisation, documentation, and ad hoc assistance. The role will initially be part-time and temporary, with a clear pathway to a full-time, permanent position for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- On-site support from the Principal’s Westminster home office
- High-level, confidential assistance to a senior business principal across multiple business activities
- Proactively managing urgent and ad hoc requests, with a clear understanding that time is critical
- Organising, reviewing, and digitising documentation, including knowledge of contracts and agreements
- Confidently liaising with external stakeholders, advisors, vendors, and service providers
- Coordinating travel, accommodation, appointments, and logistics
- Supporting events, meetings, and personal arrangements, including wardrobe management
- Liaising with family members as required and assisting with financial administration
- Using technology to improve organisation, systems, and productivity, including secure cloud tools and emerging AI-based solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven Executive Assistant / Senior PA experience supporting senior business leaders; experience within a legal, family office, or similar professional environment is highly desirable.
- Highly intelligent, articulate, and polished, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasker who works calmly at pace and understands the importance of time
- Tech-savvy, quick to learn, and confident adopting new systems and tools
- Proactive, discreet, and able to take ownership from day one
- Comfortable working across both business and private support
- Degree educated preferred
