Executive Assistant (12-Month Maternity Cover)
Overview
On behalf of one of the largest privately held asset managers, we are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role will provide comprehensive support to the Business Development team, covering responsibilities from complex calendar management and international travel coordination to preparing financial data presentations and supporting project delivery.
This position is based in Frankfurt.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Business Development team.
- Manage complex calendar scheduling, including arranging meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across multiple time zones.
- Consolidate and format financial data into spreadsheets for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Arrange international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Ensure all travel and expense reports are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Conduct research on various topics and prepare reports and presentations as required.
Your Skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in both German and English (German is essential).
- High level of discretion with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
