1. Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to scale content output efficiently while maintaining brand consistency, quality, and performance.
This role focuses on:

Creating and distributing content across multiple platforms

Increasing output without creating unnecessary complexity

Tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance

Supporting sales and website growth through content execution

LinkedIn (selective, business-focused content only)
4. Content Creation & Distribution Approach

Content creation starts from one strong core piece of content (primarily short-form video)
-
Content is then distributed across all platforms
-
Light adaptations are encouraged when they clearly improve performance
(e.g. hook timing, formatting, length, text placement) -
Creating completely different content per platform is not the objective, as efficiency and scale are key
The goal is to increase output while keeping the process sustainable.
5. Key Responsibilities
5.1 Content Creation & Posting

Film and edit short-form content with a clean, luxury aesthetic

Create one strong core video per concept

Post content consistently across all platforms

Increase overall content output compared to current levels
5.2 Multi-Platform Management

Manage posting schedules and consistency across platforms

Ensure content is published everywhere it should be

Adapt captions and formats only when useful

Maintain brand consistency across all channels
5.3 Content Analysis & Reporting

Track performance metrics:

Shares

Prepare structured weekly performance reports
5.4 Instagram Broadcast Channel (Sales Support)

Repost bag listings to the Instagram Broadcast Channel

Original bag listings are posted by the sales team on WhatsApp

Ensure fast, accurate, and consistent reposting on Instagram
-
Support sales visibility without handling sales conversations
5.5 SEO & Written Content

Work on SEO optimization for the website

Write regular SEO-focused articles related to:

Luxury resale

Market expertise

Coordinate content and integration with the external IT/web developer
5.6 Collaboration & Creative Contribution

Suggest optimizations based on experience and performance data

Execute creative direction defined by the Founder and Creative Director
