Job Description
Tiger Private is seeking an exceptional Executive/ Personal Assistant to provide high-level business and private support to a successful entrepreneur based in Dubai.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, highly organised professional to take ownership of both executive administration and lifestyle management in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate 100% commitment, consistently placing the Principal’s needs as the highest priority. You are proactive, discreet, detail-oriented, and confident managing competing priorities across business operations, travel, personal logistics, and household coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Business Support
- Manage a complex calendar, scheduling meetings, deadlines, and travel across multiple time zones
- Act as a key point of contact and gatekeeper, managing communications and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, briefing notes, and follow-ups
- Support business projects by liaising with internal teams, contractors, and external partners
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational updates
- Track invoices, receipts, and outgoing/incoming payments with strong attention to detail
- Maintain confidential documentation and sensitive information securely
Personal & Lifestyle Support
- Provide day-to-day personal assistance, ensuring smooth organisation of the Principal’s schedule
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and visas
- Organise social engagements, events, and personal commitments
- Manage household logistics, supplier coordination, and service provider oversight
- Assist with personal errands, gifting, concierge-style requests, and lifestyle administration
- Support the management of multiple properties and personal projects as required
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Private PA supporting a senior executive, entrepreneur, or UHNWI
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing complex diaries, inboxes, and shifting priorities
- Highly numerate, with experience in expense tracking and financial administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern digital tools and systems
- Polished, professional, and service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential matters
- Based in Dubai; willingness to travel internationally is advantageous
Salary & Benefits
- AED 30,000 - 40,000 per month, dependent on experience
