We’re looking for a Candidate Resourcer to join us at Tiger Recruitment, in our business support team. Within this role you will be responsible for sourcing and building relationships with great candidates!

This is a people-focussed role, perfect for graduates or early-career professionals who are great communicators, confident, organised and who love connecting with people!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Finding and reaching out to candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our database
• Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
• Keeping candidate pipelines up to date and helping consultants with shortlists
• Supporting our team with talent mapping and research
• Making sure every candidate has a positive experience with us

• Highly organised with great attention to detail
