EA for Global Investment Management Firm – Hybrid working offered!
Offices based in Victoria
£30-34 per hour (approx. £60k per annum)
12 month maternity cover initially
9am – 5pm
My client, a highly regarded and established investment management firm are seeking an experienced EA to join them, supporting at Managing Director level.
This role supports 5 Managing Directors (based across London and Europe), to provide high-level EA support. This is a key role for an adaptable professional who can manage competing priorities with discretion, professionalism and efficiency.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and aligning priorities with strategic business goals
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics for meetings, events, and offsites
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Anticipate administrative needs and take initiative to address challenges proactively
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for team members
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Collaborate with other administrative colleagues to ensure seamless team support

- Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate change effectively
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage up and set expectations clearly with senior stakeholders
- Experience with tools such as Outlook and Concur
