£16 - £17 per hour

We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to provide temporary holiday cover for a consultancy near Blackfriars. This role would suit people who are approachable, proactive, and hardworking, and who want to provide short-term holiday cover alongside their own projects or commitments. This role would be ideal for someone confident, warm, approachable, proactive, and hardworking.

Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and visitor reception
  • Preparing documents and reports
  • Coordinating meetings and managing calendars
  • Organising catering for internal meetings and events
  • Providing general office support as required
