Temp Admin Assistant – Part-Time (2 Days a Week)

 

This role would suit people looking for part-time work alongside other projects or commitments.

 

Start: Tuesday 10th March

Company: Well-established central London church community
Hours:
2 days per week (Tuesday & Thursday), 14 hours total
Rate: £14.80 per hour + holiday pay
Location: Westminster
Contract: Temporary (initially 2 months, with possible extension to 3 months)

 

We’re looking for a highly organised, discreet, and confident Admin Assistant to support our Operations Team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing strong administrative support, including diary management
  • Taking accurate notes and minutes in meetings
  • Using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint confidently
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism
  • Supporting wider team activity and working on own initiative
  • Demonstrating clear communication and strong interpersonal skills

Desirable Experience:

  • Working knowledge of CRM/database systems
  • Understanding of the Not-for-Profit / Charity sector
  • Awareness of church or faith-based organisational structures and values
  • Confidence delivering presentations or training
  • Ability to work inclusively with a diverse range of people
