Team EA within insurance – hybrid working
Immediate start, initially a 2-month cover, but with potential to extend
£55k per annum equivalent
9am – 5pm
Near Liverpool Street

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an insurance company who have exciting plans for international growth over the coming years. This is initially a temporary role for 2 months, but with the view that this could be extended, and also the possibility it could convert to permanent in time.
This role will support the Senior Leadership Team, including the Head of Legal & Compliance and Head of Marketing, whilst working alongside the Office Manager. They are looking for a confident and adaptable Team EA who communicates clearly, handles confidential matters with discretion, and enjoys supporting a busy team.
The role will include liaising with stakeholders across various time zones, mainly the UK and US initially before then expanding globally. This opportunity will be ideal for a Team EA with experience of working within a regulated environment, such as financial services and / or insurance. Given that this role sits within a company with plans for growth, this opportunity will suit someone who is appreciative of the need to help out with anything and everything, and often wear many hats!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide administrative support to multiple team leads, including diary and meeting coordination
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expenses
- Support onboarding of new joiners and liaise with IT and People teams
- Assist with desk planning and office logistics
- Manage internal communications and liaise with external stakeholders
- Support the Office Manager with day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and visitor arrangements
- Assist with planning team events and offsites
- Maintain team records and shared documentation
WHO YOU ARE:
- Previous experience in a team or executive assistant role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
- A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- A collaborative mindset and positive attitude
