Salary: $55k–$70k p.a.

Tiger Recruitment is partnering with a corporate co-working space provider serving a wide portfolio of financial and professional services clients. The team is seeking an enthusiastic, relationship-oriented, and social media–savvy Sales & Marketing Representative to drive and manage client relationships and increase engagement by refreshing and maintaining the company’s online presence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support the team on site with client management, marketing and administrative duties 
• Develop and manage relationships with brokers and prospective clients to boost sales – online and in person
• Lead outbound sales activities and follow up on inbound sales inquiries
• Drive market development through online and in-person outreach
• Manage the company’s social media platforms to increase engagement and visibility
• Lead on-site visits for prospective clients and conduct building tours

WHO YOU ARE

• Naturally relationship-oriented, driven, and positive, with strong interpersonal skills and an interest in a career in marketing and sales
• Social media savvy, including Instagram and Facebook
• Some experience in real estate and/or marketing is advantageous
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
