Job Description
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their young, professional and dynamic team in their Head Office based in Central London on an initial 3-month contract, with a strong view to go permanent.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service who obtains strong communication skills and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, process-driven environment. This role requires a hybrid working style with two days in the office and an hourly pay of £13.85 + Holiday Pay.
What You’ll Do
- Act as first point of contact for customer enquiries, handling queries and issues with external partners and couriers
- Manage email correspondence in an effective and timely manner
- General conflict and resolution management regarding incoming customer complaints
- Manage outbound phone calls to customers following up on enquiries and gathering feedback

- An excellent communicator with a confident and professional manner
- Highly-organised individual and effective prioritisation skills
- Strong customer service and administrative experience
- Confident and calm-orientated when dealing with conflict management and handling complaints
- Proficient in IT software including Microsoft, Word and Excel
- All round positive, hardworking and maintains a team-player attitude
