Job Summary:

This role offers the opportunity to manage and develop a successful recruitment desk within a high-performing team. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will be trusted to develop key client relationships across the UAE market, drive new business, and represent the Tiger brand with confidence and professionalism.

You will also contribute to the continued growth and success of the division through a consultative approach to recruitment and a commitment to upholding high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Expanding your desk through a considered approach to new business.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through networking, social media, and industry events.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-calibre candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Utilize various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and platforms like LinkedIn.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment and collaborating closely with colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Strong confidence in managing senior-level client relationships across the Dubai market, while proactively driving new business development opportunities.
- An excellent communicator and natural relationship builder, skilled at engaging C-level stakeholders and high-calibre candidates.
- Highly organised and process-driven, with meticulous attention to detail across the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Brings strong commercial acumen, emotional intelligence, and professionalism in fast-paced, competitive environments.
- Committed to delivering an exceptional, consultative level of service to both clients and candidates, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Previous recruitment experience is preferred; however, exceptional candidates from high-performance sales or business development backgrounds with a proven track record will also be considered.
