Location: London, West End
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
Hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Set up: 4 days in the office, 1 WFH
Contract: Temp to Perm (2-months temp with a view to go perm)
A fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented Personal assistant to support the Company Secretary as well as the wider leadership team within a large international organisation. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and will involve assisting with the coordination of board and committee activity, managing key documentation and supporting senior stakeholders.
You will gain exposure to senior decision-making processes while developing a skillset in meeting coordination, stakeholder management and complex logistics. This position is well-suited to someone looking to build experience in a fast-paced, professional environment where organisation, discretion and attention to detail are key.
What You’ll Do
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Company Secretary and senior stakeholders
• Organise board and committee meetings, including scheduling, logistics and documentation
• Assist with preparing and distributing meeting materials
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, minutes and key documentation
• Coordinate travel and logistics for senior leaders when required
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure materials are submitted ahead of meeting deadlines
• Support the organisation of internal events and senior-level meetings
Who You Are
• 1+ years’ administrative experience within a corporate or professional environment
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
• Strong communication skills and confident liaising with senior stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and board management software
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
