Job Description
Tiger Private is seeking a Travelling Private PA with business support duties to support a young Egyptian UHNW female Principal. This is a fast-paced, internationally mobile role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities seamlessly. The successful candidate will act as a trusted right-hand, ensuring the smooth running of the Principal’s daily life, business commitments, and international movements. The role is based in Cairo, Egypt, which will serve as the home base; however, the position involves extensive international travel, with time in Cairo averaging no more than three weeks at a time. Destinations include Dubai, Cairo, El Gouna, the United States, and selected European locations.
The Private PA will manage the Principal’s complex personal diary, organise international travel including flights, hotels, and transfers, and coordinate visas and all travel documentation. They will provide personal shopping, gift sourcing, and errands, liaise with household staff across multiple residences, and oversee medical appointments, prescriptions, and wellness matters, maintaining records of doctor reports and medications. They will manage personal effects across locations, pack and prepare for travel, provide hands-on support during trips, and anticipate needs while proactively adapting to changes.
In addition, the candidate will support the Principal with business-related responsibilities, managing calendars, meetings, and appointments, coordinating work-related travel and logistics, conducting research, and preparing briefing materials, presentations, or proposals. They will manage professional communications, assist with recruitment and staff coordination, liaise with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders, and support oversight of personal and business banking. The role also involves running business-related errands and handling time-sensitive matters.
The schedule is dynamic and driven by the Principal’s commitments, requiring flexibility including evenings, weekends, and short-notice changes, with time off in lieu provided where appropriate. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, discreet, resilient, and capable of thriving in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to anticipate and respond to the Principal’s needs.
The package includes accommodation during travel, all work-related travel expenses, health insurance, and a daily allowance while travelling.
