Part-Time Office Assistant/EA

Location: Office-based (Tuesday–Thursday)
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm / 5:30pm (depending on workload)

We are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Office Assistant/EA to support our client with the smooth day-to-day running of their office. This is a standalone administration role that is suited to someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within a small, close-knit office.

 

The core working days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, aligning with the Managing Directors in-office schedule. During busier periods there may be the need for an extra day of remote cover.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Diary management for one MD and adhoc support for two senior stakeholders
  • Greeting visitors and acting as first point of contact
  • Ordering food, office supplies, and stationery
  • Keeping the office tidy, organised, and well-stocked
  • Coordinating meeting room setup and occasional small events e.g. breakfasts and dinners
  • Coordinating global travel and preparing itineraries
  • Supporting general administrative tasks as required
  • Assisting during periodic busy periods throughout the year
  • Some personal support for the MD
  • Managing relations within the office, ensuring interdepartmental communication is efficient

 

What you’ll need: 

  • Previous office-based admin/EA experience, preferably within financial services.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexible and willing to adjust schedule when required
  • Excellent attention to detail
