Tiger is recruiting a Household Manager on behalf of a HNW retired couple based in an Upper East Side apartment for most of the year and at their East Hampton property during the summer. The ideal candidate is an experienced household professional with a proactive, naturally helpful, tech-savvy, steady, calming, and competent presence who has the ability to anticipate and solve issues in a hands-on manner and coordinate with other household staff such as housekeepers and personal drivers.

Must be a confident driver with a clean driver’s license.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support the smooth running of the household by assisting with daily tasks and organization, including ensuring appliances work properly and coordinating with service providers and vendors as needed.
• Errands and Shopping: Run errands, grocery shop, and manage household supplies as needed.
• Light kitchen support and meal prep: Assist with meal preparation, light cooking, and kitchen duties.
• Health: Help ensure correct and timely intake of medications and supplements.
• Help schedule personal appointments and deliveries.
• Travel Planning & Packing: Help pack for trips, plan itineraries, and coordinate travel logistics.
• Guest Support: Assist with hosting and welcoming guests as needed.
• Discretion and confidentiality: Maintain privacy and confidentiality regarding all household matters.

WHO YOU ARE

• A naturally helpful, emotionally intelligent Household Manager with proven experience in HNW private homes and glowing reference from private principals.
• Practical & proactive, with strong prioritization skills.
• A confident driver with a clean driving license.
