Overview:
We are seeking a highly polished, discreet, and service-oriented Butler to deliver an exceptional standard of hospitality within a private residence or estate. The ideal candidate will demonstrate refined professionalism, proactively anticipate the needs of principals and guests, and provide seamless, personalised service with the utmost attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of seamless, intuitive, and discreet service, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality.
• Coordinate all front-of-house activities, including guest arrivals and departures, fine dining service, concierge support, and overall household presentation.
• Plan and execute formal events, private dinners, receptions, and social gatherings with precision, elegance, and attention to detail.
• Provide hands-on service such as table setting (formal and informal), food and beverage service, packing/unpacking, valet support, and wardrobe management.
• Manage and anticipate guest preferences and special requests, creating tailored service plans to enhance the resident and guest experience.
• Collaborate with chefs, housekeeping, chauffeurs, and external vendors to ensure smooth, coordinated household operations.
• Conduct training and mentoring for household staff to uphold service excellence and etiquette standards.
• Oversee the care and maintenance of luxury furnishings, artwork, silverware, and fine linens.
• Develop, implement, and monitor household service standards, protocols, and operating procedures based on luxury hospitality best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a butler or guest service role within a luxury hotel, resort, or private household.
• Formal Butler or hospitality training preferred (e.g., hotel management school or butler academy).
• Extensive knowledge of five-star service standards, fine dining, etiquette, and formal protocols.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive, guest-focused approach.
• Ability to uphold the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
