Personal Assistant / Studio Assistant
Full Time, Permanent
Location: New York, NY (with travel as required)
Salary: $150,000 – $180,000
My Client, a highly regarded founder and creative visionary, is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant / Studio Assistant to provide dedicated, one-to-one support.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Principal within a small, tight-knit team, supporting both personal life and select creative/studio initiatives. The role is heavily focused on personal assistance, requiring a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can operate with precision, discretion, and a strong sense of ownership.
The Principal has exceptionally high standards, making this a role best suited to someone who is both highly competent and emotionally intelligent.
THE ROLE
This is a true PA-led hybrid position, with a primary focus on the Principal’s personal life, household management, and travel, alongside light involvement in studio and creative project support.
The role requires someone who takes full ownership of their remit — anticipating needs, maintaining structure, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Personal Support (The Principal)
- Full calendar ownership and scheduling management
- End-to-end coordination of personal and business travel
- Management of health and wellness administration (appointments, insurance, prescriptions)
- Handling personal errands and day-to-day task management
- Supporting board or advisory logistics and meeting preparation when required
- Expense tracking, invoice coordination, and light budgeting oversight
Property & Household Management
- Oversee multiple properties, including residences in New York, the Hamptons, and internationally
- Liaise with Property Managers based outside of the U.S.
- Manage vendors, maintenance, repairs, and service renewals
- Organize and maintain personal, legal, and financial documentation
Studio / Creative Support
- Track project timelines and deliverables across creative workstreams
- Liaise with vendors, collaborators, and external partners
- Assist with studio organization and asset management (digital and physical)
- Provide light, hands-on support with studio operations as needed
WHO YOU ARE
- 5–7+ years’ experience supporting high-level individuals or principals
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
- Confident yet humble, with openness to direct feedback
- Emotionally intelligent, intuitive, and highly perceptive
- Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Asana, etc.)
- Proactive self-starter with strong anticipation skills
- Discreet, trustworthy, and highly professional
- Not a traditional “celebrity PA” profile
- Someone The Principal will enjoy working closely with, including occasional travel
